Fluorinated ethylene-propylene (FEP) Tube |
FEP tube is made from FEP resin and prepared by the technology of extrusion. It can be used at the temperature range of -80℃ through 200℃. There are three types of product: General purpose FEP tube, Electric-purpose FEP tube and precision EFP tube. Electric–purpose tube has excellent electrical property and can be used as dielectric protective sleeve in a various range of frequency for wire, cable and electric components. General–purpose tube has outstanding chemical resistance to virtually all chemicals and is used as conveying pipe, container lining and heat exchanger for corrosive fluid and gas medium etc. FEP tube conforms to the enterprise standard of Q/GHAD 10-2007.

Fluorinated Ethylene-propylene (FEP) Film |
FEP film is made from FEP resin and prepared by extrusion blowing technology. It can be used at the temperature range of -80℃ through 200℃. There are two types of products: general-purpose FEP film and electric-purpose FEP film. Electric–purpose FEP film has excellent electrical property and is used as dielectric material for capacitor, flexible PCB and flat cable etc. General – purpose FEP film has outstanding chemical resistance to virtually all chemicals and is used as a transparent, anti-corrosive and anti-stick material in the fields of chemical, food, textile and packing industries. These films conform to the enterprise standard of Q/GHAD 11-2005.

Heat Fluorinated Ethylene-propylene (FEP) Shrinkable Sleeve |
FEP heat-shrinkable sleeve is made from FEP resin and is prepared by the technology of extrusion and blowing. FEP heat-shrinkable sleeve has a high UV transmission, UV resistance and good electric property. The shrinkage temperature is from 130℃~200℃. The shrinkage rate is about 30%. Another major advantage of FEP heat-shrinkable sleeve is being heat-sealed or welded to itself. So, FEP heat-shrinkable sleeve can be used as cable jackets, non-stick rollers, sensor probe covers, hose protection, electrical terminal insulation etc. It conforms to the enterprise standard of Q/GHAD 59-2006.
